Let's figure this out together.

Tell me what's broken, what's frustrating, or what you're trying to build. I'm not going to pitch you. I'm going to listen, ask questions, and help you figure out if working together makes sense.

Pick the way that feels easiest

01

Book a free consult

No pitch deck. No discovery questionnaire. Just a conversation to understand your situation and see if I can help. If I can't, I'll tell you—and probably point you toward someone who can.

I respond personally. This isn't a sales team.

02

Send me an email

If you'd rather write it out, that's great. Tell me what's going on. The more context you give me, the more useful my response will be.

I'll respond within 1-2 business days. Usually faster.

03

Something's broken right now

If you've got an active emergency—site down, data problem, security concern—put 'URGENT' in the subject line. I'll prioritize it.

Real emergencies only, please.

Or fill this out

If you want to give me some context before we talk, this helps. But it's not required—a simple 'hey, let's talk' works too.

What to expect

I'll actually respond

You won't get an autoresponder or a sales rep. You'll hear from me, personally.

No pressure

I'm not going to chase you with follow-up emails. If we're a fit, great. If not, also fine.

Honest assessment

If I can help, I'll tell you how. If I can't—or if you don't actually need outside help—I'll tell you that too.

No surprises

Before any work starts, you'll know exactly what we're doing, what it costs, and what you're getting.

Questions you might have

How much does this cost?

It depends entirely on what you need. I don't have fixed packages because every situation is different. On the initial call, I'll ask enough questions to give you a realistic range. No surprise invoices.

How long does a typical project take?

Again, it depends. A site rescue might be days. A custom platform might be months. We'll scope it specifically based on your situation.

Do you work with small companies?

Yes. I work with solo founders, small teams, and larger organizations. The common thread is people who value getting it right.

Are you taking on new clients?

Usually, yes. If I'm at capacity, I'll tell you upfront and give you a realistic timeline.

What if we're not a fit?

I'll tell you. And I'll probably point you toward someone who is a better fit. I'd rather give you a good referral than force a relationship that doesn't work.
